Thanks for your letter. it was lovely to hear from you. i'm writiing for you in order to tell you about my summer holidays.

 We stopped learning in the end of may. so from the very beginning of june i was free. At first i went to my grandmother in the village. it was really nice to see all my relatives and old friends.

then it was my birthday in july so i spent it at my countryside with my parents and friend. i was very fun, we played different games like volleyball and badminton and went to swim in the lake.

            A rest at the wonderful seashores, there is an amazing sea in egypt and very beautiful sites.

 I enjoyed these holidays a lot. i'm looking for ward to hearing from you

The ant and the Grasshopper

In a field one summer’s day a grasshopper was hopping about, chirping and singing to its heart’s content. An ant passed by, bearing along with great toil an ear of corn he was taking to the nest.

“Why not come and chat with me,” said the grasshopper, “instead of toiling and moiling in that way?”

"I am helping to lay up food for the winter,” said the ant, “and recommend you to do the same.”

“Why bother about winter?” said the grasshopper; we have got plenty of food at present.” The Ant went on its way and continued its toil.

When the winter came the grasshopper found itself dying of hunger while it saw the ants distributing, every day, corn and grain from the stores they had collected in the summer.

Di sebuah ladang pada musim panas seekor belalang sedang berjalan jalan( melompat), menggerutu dan menyanyi sesuka hati. Seekor semut lewat, sambil membawa sebutir jagung ke dalam sarangnya.
